About EMS

Eastern Middle School's daily announcements into first period ends with, "Be kind, be responsible, and be the best you can be. The choice is yours." This saying, introduced by our previous Principal, Ben Davenport, has become a tradition for Eastern Middle School's commitment to meet the district vision for academic excellence in public education. Students are introduced into the Middle School Philosophy which includes academic excellence, social responsibility and an integrated, interdisciplinary approach to learning and living. Eastern has a long-time tradition for academic excellence.
