Eastern Voices is a select, auditioned choral ensemble open to all students. Sponsored by Mr. Kruk and Mr. Tracey.

First Rehearsal:  Tuesday, September 19th

Jazz Band is an auditioned is an auditioned ensemble open to anyone who can play an instrument, read music, and who is interested in challenging themselves musically. Typical instrumentation includes: Saxophones (alto, tenor, bari), Trombones, Trumpets, and Rhythm Section (guitar, bass, drums, piano), but additional instruments are encouraged to sign up as well. Please see Ms. Brion for more information about audition dates – Jazz band will perform in the Winter and Spring Concerts. Sponsored by Ms. Brion. (Thursdays 2:45-3:45 PM) – Room 3

String Ensemble is an auditioned ensemble for high achieving orchestra students in grades 6, 7, and 8 who
demonstrate good playing position, left and right-hand technique, and facility on their instrument. This is an
exciting opportunity for students to collaborate with other highly motivated string students in the orchestra program at Eastern Middle School. Sponsored by Ms. Jeraci. (Mondays after school 2:50-3:45PM) - Room 1
